Access to the pool and sun terrace can be gained from the open lounge and kitchen area and from the 1st double bedroom situated on the ground floor.

Leading to the the second and third bedrooms, both the twin bedroom and master bedroom are ensuite with shower rooms, and have access to balconies with different aspects and lovely views of Kalkan Bay. The bedrooms are spacious and light including occasional seating and plenty of wardrobe space. Twin bedroom can be set up as a comfotable double upon request.

Rooftop Terrace

And so to the pièce de résistance of Villa Kaitak the fabulous roof top terrace is a lovely space day or night, with suitable shading, or another great place to soak up the suns rays. There is occasional seating to relax here and take in the breathtaking and uninterrupted views and sights of Kalkan Bay. Additionally for a lovely party atmosphere in the evening you can sip on a cocktail at drinks bar which also has a kitchenette area as well.
