Positioned as an extremely large duplex loft on the 2nd floor. Each floor is extremely spacious with floor to ceiling picture windows drawing in plenty of natural light and is also fully air conditioned  throughout.

Lower Floor

3 en-suite bedrooms are located here. Each room has a balcony and ultra-modern modern bathrooms.

The first is a spacious double bedroom with large picture windows and balcony with natural views. The second is also a spacious double bedroom with similar features to the first but with views looking out to the Taurus mountains.

The third is a twin bedroom and equally as spacious as the other two rooms.

The ensuite bathrooms are superbly decorated with marble floors and walls and have walk-in shower features.

Upper Floor

A large wooden staircase leads you upstairs to  a fully equipped modern open plan kitchen, lounge, indoor dining area and terrace, with plenty of vibrant colorful occasional seating. The space is so elegantly refined and decorated you would think you were immersed in a Home  & Garden magazine photoshoot.

Here there is also a large landscape picture window looking out over the terrace and offering fabulous natural views.

Outside

The large open terrace can be accessed from the lounge and via large sliding patio windows from the kitchen and indoor dining area, which leads out to the shaded alfresco dining area and again you can enjoy stunnıng views of Kalkan Bay.

The terrace has wooden decking throughout, two large sofas for you to gather, socialise and relax and enjoy a sunset or two perhaps. There also 4 sunloungers for those who like to worship the sun and a large umbrella for additional shade.

But if you don’t want to relax and prefer a morning workout, the private pool with its unique wave machine feature will definitely keep you in shape during your vacation.
