Two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and access to a balconies, furnished with chairs and occasional tables and offering beautiful views across the bay.  

Second Floor

This floor has two bedrooms – both twin rooms with access to balconies with occasional seating to relax and enjoy the views.

The spacious rooms have access to a shared bathroom on this floor.

Outside

The spacious pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers and parasols. There is also an alfresco dining area to seat 8 guests, together with a BBQ

There are several popular beach clubs within 5-10 minutes’ walk of the villa from which water taxis are available to take you across the bay to Kalkan Harbour. The walk from the villa to the old town will take approximately 20 minutes.
